Prince Hutchinson

A 2005 Grambling State University graduate in Business Management and Marketing, Prince Hutchinson is a talent acquisition specialist for State Farm and is based in Richardson, Texas.
In his role at State Farm Hutchinson manages STEM engagement and assists with the insurance corporation’s summer internship program.
Hutchinson is also known as a strong advocate for Historically Black Colleges and Universities, volunteers as a softball coach, and is on the Board of Directors for his community’s Homeowners Association.
He also launched a career-assistant grant, named in honor of his grandmother, that assists high school seniors from his hometown of Bastrop, Louisiana, who plan to attend an HBCU. In 2020, both recipients of funding from that grant attended GSU.
Hutchinson is a member of the Collie J. Nicholson chapter of the Grambling University National Alumni Association; an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.; vice president of a premier consortium of Black Employee Reference Groups for companies operating within the Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex; and referee for the North Texas Basketball Officials Association.
With Hutchinson playing a key role in the process, The Collie J. Nicholson Chapter of Grambling University National Alumni Association offers an Educational Scholarship Award annually to distinguished students whose parents’ or legal guardians’ primary residence is in the North Dallas Metroplex.
